An electronic bug

A connection fault in the control panel
Due to the vibrations of a washing machine wires can disconnect. To check for this problem, you need to disassemble the control panel. Check the wiring and reconnect the wires if necessary.
Touch module no longer works
If the touchscreen become unresponsive, it may indicate that the touch display card is broken. This is located just behind the touchpad on the washing machine strip. You will need to disassemble it to replace the affected electronic module.
