Payment methods and security

We offer a wide range of secure payment methods:

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

You can pay for your purchases using a credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard).

To provide you with a greater level of service and guarantee complete security, our payment service provider uses the '3D Secure' secure payment protocol, the most efficient currently available for credit/debit card transactions. The 3D Secure system works by linking to the card holder's bank to verify that the credit/debit card is definitely being used by the person to whom the card is registered.

What this means in practical terms is that the payment transaction process may include an additional stage. Once you've entered your card number, its expiry date and the three-digit security code (found on the back of the card), you may be required to enter an additional one-time code. In most cases, this will be a code sent to you via SMS.

This enables your bank's server to confirm to our payment service provider that you are the genuine card holder.

With this system, you get the assurance that your payment is completely secure and that transactions cannot be carried out on our website without your authorisation. This means that if anyone steals your card or copies your card details, they will not be able to use it/them as they will not know or have access to this additional one-time code.

Almost all credit/debit cards today are 3D Secure enabled. In the case of older cards, the move to 3D Secure is carried out automatically (and may or may not require signing an additional clause to your contract). In all cases, no change of card or modification to your existing card is required. The move to 3D Secure does not cost you anything.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL:

If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to securely pay for your order without having to provide us with your bank account details. The PayPal service processes and transfers payments immediately.
