Best price guarantee policy

At SOS Parts, we are dedicated to offering you the best value for money when it comes to spare parts and accessories for your domestic appliances. This is why we operate a best price guarantee policy! You’ve found the same item but cheaper elsewhere? Let us know about it! We will adjust our prices to match and refund you the difference if you have already placed an order.

The conditions a product must meet for the best price guarantee policy to apply

Rules to respect regarding the product plus a few prerequisites.

The product:

  • The product must be exactly the same as the part we supply in terms of size, colour, quantity, reference number and specification.
  • It must be in stock and available for rapid delivery (a maximum of two to three working days) on the competitor's website.
  • Its price must be in euros and inclusive of VAT and delivery charges
  • The best price guarantee only applies to products that are in stock and available from SOS Parts (not products that have to be specially ordered).

Additional prerequisites:

  • The competitor's online selling site must be based in France and must accept online payment.
  • Auction sites and online marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, etc.) are excluded by definition.
  • Products whose prices are discounted in any way or which are subject to any kind of promotional offer are excluded.

How to inform us about a price difference

Scenario one: you have not placed an order on our site

There are two possibilities available to you:

You can call us immediately on +33 (0)1 30 50 55 15 to tell us about the price difference, in which case we will adjust the value of your shopping basket straight away for you to benefit from the price matching adjustment straight away;

Alternatively, you can easily tell us about the price difference online by taking the following steps:

  • Go to the 'Contact us' page on our website
  • Select 'Error on the site, suggestion' from the list of requests
  • Enter your email address
  • In the message box, provide details of the article concerned, the price it is being sold at, its delivery costs and a link where the competitor offer can be viewed online.

We will then analyse your information as soon as possible. If your claim meets with the requirements, we will send you a code enabling you to purchase the part from SOS Parts at the same price.

Scenario two: you have already placed your order on our website

You’ve already placed your order? Don't worry. Here are the steps you need to take:

  • Go to the 'Contact us' page on our website
  • Select 'Error on the site, suggestion' from the list of requests
  • Enter your email address and order number
  • In the message body, identify the product in your order and provide the competitor ‘s website address together with a link to the item

Our team will then analyse your claim as quickly as possible and get back in touch with you. If your claim meets the requirements, we will then refund you the difference.

This promise to refund the difference is valid for seven calendar days from the date you place your order.

Only one claim per customer (concerning a maximum of two products) will be accepted.

This best price guarantee policy may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
