WARNING
Before you do anything to your appliance, make sure you disconnect it from the power supply.
There is a risk of electric shock.
Check the water level in the tank
If your water jets are no longer rotating properly, start by checking the water level in the tub. Wash arms require adequate water pressure to work properly. If necessary, add water manually and restart the dishwasher to see if the problem persists.
Check the status of the circulation pump
Insufficient water pressure can compromise the proper functioning of the wash arms, and therefore the cycling or circulation pump is essential. If the arms no longer rotate, inspect the circulation pump for any debris obstructing its operation. You can also check the pump’s propeller to make sure it’s spinning freely. Any blockage will compromise the distribution of water to the wash arms.

Examine the integrity of the wash arms
Check that the wash arms or water jets are unobstructed. Turn them by hand before starting a cycle to see if they move freely. If you find dirt in the arm holes, loosen and rinse it under running water. Make sure the arms are positioned correctly for efficient operation.

Control the diverter valve
The diverter valve, also known as the alternating wash motor, can cause problems for the rotation of the wash arms. Check the diverter valve for any malfunctions, leaks, or blockages. You can test the motor with a multimeter by checking the winding resistance of the micromotor, which should be about 10 KOhms.
Analyze how your dishwasher is operating
If, despite the above checks, the wash arms still do not rotate, take a closer look at the complete operation of the dishwasher. For example, check the tightness of the supply ducts leading to the wash arms. Observe the course of a cycle to see if the arms change position.
Before starting a cycle, place the wash arms in an upright position (pointing up). Open the door mid-cycle to see if they have changed places, which means they are working properly.
